He uses that experience and understanding of the criminal justice system and criminal investigations to represent you and protect your rights
. James is one of the few attorneys in the nation that is also a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI). He has been the lead investigator in over 600 origin and cause investigations. He has testified on fire origin and cause determinations in both civil and criminal courts. James has taught and lectured to lawyers, fire investigators, and fire fighters regarding fire investigations and fire code inspections. He can represent you, or assist you in any criminal or civil matter involving a fire or arson investigation.

INTAKE COORDINATOR
Potential clients will speak with an intake coordinator whose job it is, to gather as much relevant data as they can in a short period of time so that the attorneys will have enough information to evaluate the case and the caller will not have to repeat the same information again and again. The intake coordinator must ask for a great deal of detail in order for us to be able to determine if we can help the caller. |
