Durkin Law Offices, PC represents people throughout Fort Worth and Tarrant County in matters relating to divorce and family law, wills, business matters, litigation, personal injury and work comp. Our strength lies primarily in the desire and ability to make the legal process as simple as possible. When negotiating and settling cases we have found that the client ends up with a quicker, more efficient result that is less expensive and less emotionally draining. However, when circumstances dictate otherwise, we are more than willing to "take the matter to court" to get a fair and equitable settlement from the court system.
